Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Manage waitlists and estimate wait times accurately
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Provide information about the restaurant, menu items, and daily specials
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar restaurant POS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of food service operations
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
